George Brusco

George is Vice President, Leasing for Casto Southeast Realty Services and has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate for 25 years. Primary experience includes site selection, acquisitions, leasing, property management and disposition. During his ten years at CASTO he has leased in excess of one million square feet of retail and office space with national, regional and local tenants. George is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from The Institute of Real Estate Management, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the National Association of Realtors, and holds Real Estate Broker Licenses in Florida and South Carolina. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Barbara Carnes

Barbara has been involved in commercial real estate for 30 years. Primary experience as a retail and office leasing specialist, her duties include budgeting and reporting to asset managers and property ownership, developing market analysis for each of her properties in the Florida portfolio, and developing unique ways to lease the vacant spaces both with national, regional and local tenants. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and she is licensed in the state of Florida as a real estate associate licensee.

Sydney Federer

Sydney joined CASTO in 2007 as a Leasing and Sales associate, specializing in retail services throughout the Ohio Market. Sydney's responsibilities include servicing, leasing, and executing timely renewals for existing tenants within the CASTO portfolio. In addition, Sydney has represented a number of landlords, leasing buildings throughout the Columbus Metro Area.
Before joining CASTO, Sydney graduated from Denison University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications.

Adam joined CASTO in 2010 as a Leasing and Sales associate, specializing in retail services throughout Ohio with a primary focus on the company's Cincinnati portfolio. He has successfully completed a variety of retail deals that include the following tenants: Best Buy, Famous Footwear, OfficeMax, Dollar Tree, Shoe Show, Hallmark, Chick-Fil-A, Buffalo Wild Wings and Chipotle. Adam holds an Ohio real estate sales person license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Chad Hamrick

Chad A. Hamrick was raised in Central, Ohio, and attended the Ohio State University with a major area of emphasis in real estate and finance, graduating with a B.A. in 1996. In 1997 he started his career in real estate working with R.J. Solove and Associates, then one of the largest and most active commercial and multi-family residential developers in Central Ohio. Mr. Hamrick's past work experience allowed him to transition effortlessly into commercial real estate, allowing him to cultivate on his integrity, his dedication to clients and his attention to their needs, and thus becoming a vital resource for future commercial tenants. After the merger in 2000 between R.J. Solove and CASTO, Mr. Hamrick's primary responsibilities have grown to include the overseeing the supervision of the Cincinnati portfolio leasing activity and the challenging direction of more than 70 shopping centers totaling over 15,000,000 square feet of retail space in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, North Carolina, Puerto Rico and Alabama.

John Miller

John Miller joined CASTO in 1997 where he holds a real estate brokers license and serves as a top producing retail leasing executive. Prior to joining CASTO, Miller had prior career experience with Standard Management Company, Huntington Bancshares and Battelle Institute. Miller holds a B.S. in Economics and a Master's in City Planning, both from The Ohio State University in Columbus.

John P. Mokas is Vice President - Retail Leasing for CASTO. Mr. Mokas was born in central Ohio and attended the Ohio State University with a major area of emphasis in real estate and finance, graduating with a B.S. in 1984. In 1987 he started his career in real estate working with R.J. Solove and Associates, then one of the largest and most active commercial and multi-family residential developers in Central Ohio. In 1995 Mr. Mokas graduated the Executive MBA program of the Ohio University. After the merger in 2000 between R.J. Solove and CASTO, Mr. Mokas became Vice President of CASTO, responsible for the leasing and operational activities of the merger portfolio.

Massimo Rastrelli

Since 2008, Massimo has been a leasing specialist and third-party client advisor and has been involved in real estate acquisitions and development since 2002. He primarily focuses on third-party consulting services and creating joint ventures between groups of investors. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and American Society of Civil Engineers. Massimo is a 2005 graduate of the University of South Florida, where he holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering.

Rich Roy

Rich Roy joined CASTO in 2006 and became an instrumental part to the growth of CASTO’s southeastern portfolio. Prior to joining Casto, Roy worked with Carey/Falor Realty Partners and Donald R. Kenney & Company specializing in retail, office and land transactions. Rich holds a B.S. in Sports Management and a Minor in Business from Ohio University. He is licensed in Ohio and North Carolina and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
