CASTO is a fully integrated Real Estate Firm, actively developing, acquiring, operating and managing income producing shopping centers nationwide. CASTO is currently seeking a Property Manager for Park West Village, a 500,000 square foot mixed use center in Morrisville, NC.

Responsibilities are as follows:
1.Manage the day to day operations including all phases of maintenance for buildings and grounds.
2.Vendor management, contract negotiation and enforcement
3.Build strong tenant relations through direct communication with tenants. Provide assistance during build out process, respond to tenant complaints, issues, and serve as liaison to tenants and corporate office relative to lease administration and enforcement of landlord rules and regulations.
4.Develop and maintain Annual Operating Budget. Review and approve all CAM expense invoices for payment. Prepare detailed monthly Budget Statement as well as Year End Summary.
5.Develop understanding of corporate standards for shopping center and maintain those standards.
6.Supervise Maintenance and Security for the center.
7.Develop and implement a strong annual advertising and event schedule to market the center.
8.Build and maintain good community relations.
9.Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics:
1.Minimum of 7 years experience in commercial Real Estate or related field
2.Experience in managing mixed use centers, including office and residential
3.College degree preferred
4.CPM, RPA or CSM designation or in progress
5.Demonstrate leadership, management ability and problem solving skills
6.Team building skills
7.Strong supervisory skills
8.Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
9.Ability to interact with tenants, vendors, patrons and Municipal Officials
10.High degree of initiative
11.Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
12.Able to write reports and business correspondence
13.Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out complex instructions
14.Computer skills: Excel, Word and other Property Management related programs

CASTO is a nationally recognized Real Estate Firm based in Columbus Ohio. We are actively developing, acquiring, operating and managing income producing real estate nationwide. CASTO is currently seeking a Leasing Associate/Administrator for our corporate office in Columbus, Ohio.

Basic Function:
Entry level associate role to assist in the leasing of commercial real estate space related to properties leased, managed and/or owned by the company.

Responsibilities are as follows:
1. Canvas market for prospective tenants (cold call) to facilitate new business opportunities
2. Gain working knowledge of the Commercial Leasing function
3. Screen calls from potential tenants and insure all tenant applications are received
4. Assist with lease documentation process through use of internal software and systems
5. Maintain database of prospects and complete appropriate follow up
6. Prepare and edit letters of intent
7. Negotiate letters of intent and lease renewals under terms and conditions outlined by owner groups and/or Asset Management
8. Meet with prospective tenants on site as requested by Leasing Agents/Owners
9. Work with other Leasing Agents/Owners to insure renewals for all properties are addressed in a timely manner
10. Maintain leasing reports for the properties, as required
11. Assist in maintenance and updating of all marketing materials for properties
12. Perform net effective rent analysis and comparisons to analyze potential transactions
13. Assist in organization for various conferences and tenant meetings as requested
14. Work closely with other associates in order to achieve overall goals for properties
15. Any other responsibility related to Leasing as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics:
1. Must be licensed real estate sales person in Ohio or able to obtain license upon employment. Also able to obtain licensing in other states as needed
2. Above average math skills
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
4. Self-motivated and able to operate independently as well as in a group setting
5. Strong communication skills
6. Must be able to cold call effectively to develop new business
7. Have ability to utilize social media outlets to promote, develop and maintain business
8. Must be a team player
9. Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn corporate systems including MRI
